recommended hardware for an inexpensive but adequate CCIE home lab

Hi, all

I've been hunting around looking for a recommended list of hardware that would be adequate for a home lab so I can start working on my CCIE later this year.

people use 3550s), and about 6-8 routers.

Could anyone tell me what is the best mixture of routers and modules for the CCIE Routing and Switching certification?

I'm going to guess it would look something like this:

2 Catalyst 3550 with EMI images 6-8 Cisco 2621 and 2651xm routers

I'm not sure on the recommended modules, however.
