Tracert Says www.pcworld.com Not Reachable

I use Firefox and have been unable to connect to the PC World website.

When I run Tracert to

formatting link
the last line says "Destination net unreachable.". But I know that the site is up and running.

Any suggestions or ideas of what might be wrong will be appreciated. Is it a DSL problem?

These days, ping and traceroute (tracert) are often useless because security-concious network admins block the ICMP messages that they use.

If you can't use http to connect then you have a routing problem with your ISP.

The site is reachable via http but not via a ping or performing a TraceRoute.
