Hi.
I've a problem with my Alcatel Speedtouch Pro. I use it in PPTP-to-PPPoA relay mode, and it works well.
But after few hours (or a day, max two), an LCP packet of "Close connection" arrives, and it disconnects. All good for now, but I can't re-estabilish connection cause I can't see anymore ethernet interface of sth, is no more pingable and reachable, so I can't re-estabilish tunnel.
The only way to restore all is to force a reboot of my sth, so its eth become alive.
This is a part of log when all that happen:
Jan 10 20:29:58 antares pptp[3158]: anon log[ctrlp_rep:pptp_ctrl.c:243]: Sent control packet type is 12 'Call-Clear-Request' Jan 10 20:29:58 antares pptp[3158]: anon log[pptp_conn_close:pptp_ctrl.c:425]: Closing PPTP connection Jan 10 20:29:58 antares pptp[3158]: anon log[ctrlp_rep:pptp_ctrl.c:243]: Sent control packet type is 3 'Stop-Control-Connection-Request' Jan 10 20:29:58 antares pptp[3158]: anon log[call_callback:pptp_callmgr.c:77]: Closing connection Jan 10 20:30:29 antares pppd[3153]: Hangup (SIGHUP) Jan 10 20:30:29 antares pppd[3153]: Connect time 330.5 minutes. How can I solve this problem????
My firmware version is GV8BAA3.290 (even 281 has the same behaviour). My system is Linux Slackware 10.0, with pppd 2.4.3 and pptpclient 1.5.0.
Thank you very much for your support and help.
