Please log in for more thread options My ISP just announced that they're going to start charging the FUSF (Federal Universal Service Fee) on DSL lines. It's my understanding that the FCC specifically ruled almost exactly a year ago that DSL service was *not* subject to FUSF. Does anyone here know if that ruling has been reversed? | ||||||||||
