My DSL upload speed starts at 66k, then decrements down to about 2k eventually. Are there any settings I can set to throttle the speed, or is it an issue I have to live with, with my ISP provider? | |||||||||||||

It does sound like it could be spyware/adware or p2p sharing program of some kind clogging your *pipes*... > My DSL upload speed starts at 66k, then decrements down to about 2k
