WPA secured system does not reconnect after hybernation

I have a desktop and laptop setup for WPA. Desktop with Netgear 311 and Laptop with D-Link DWL-650 When any of the systems comes out of hibernation it cannot automatically reconnect to the WAP. I need to restart the computer and it will connect. This did not occur withWEP encryption. From what I understand TKIP cipher changes the key every packet, but if the system goes into hibernation will not the keys get out of synch?

Thank you Maciej

It might take a minute to re-establish the connection. If it takes longer than that, you can select the network connection and click "Repair". That will disable the connection and re-enable it, which forces re-connect to the WAP similar to what you get at a reboot. Might save you the trouble of rebooting.
