WG111v2 Network Keep Disconnected

Hi,

I am using a Netgear WG111v2 with D-Link DI-614+ Router and Windows XP SP2 on a Gateway PC. My network connection keeps disconnected after 15 or 20 minutes. I called Netgear support many times and the couldn't tell me why (everytime I called I was routed to some guys in India!) I went to their website and have downloaded the latest driver for WG111v2 (which was released in May 2005).

Prior to the WG111v2, I was using a Netgear WG111 with the same router, OS and PC. I have no problem whatsoever. But eversince I changed to WG111v2, this problem appears. I don't have the WG111 anymore as I borrowed it from my friend to make sure it'll work with my PC. If anyone could shed some light on how to fix it or tell me what's the problem, It would be much appreciated.
