I'm working on establishing broadband internet access for a remote camping location near Santa Ana, Sonora, Mexico.
Will Skype or any other VOIP work on the DSL provided by the local Santa Ana telephone company?
I've heard "rumors" that the Mexican broadband provides have blocked the ports need for VOIP.
Educate me please!
