Sending WBXL OTA provisioning file through SMS

I am using Nokia / Sony ericission. This is what I have done so far

  1. I have made a OTA provisioning file in xml
  2. I have converted it into WBXL format using xml2wbxml.exe

Since, SMS has the limitation of 160 characters and this WBXML file has more than 160 characters. Moreover, my service provider doesn't support concatenated SMS (one large SMS is send in smaller chunks in many SMS).

Should I use MMS to send these settings or is there some other way to send OTA provisioning WBXML?

thanks
