I've just read your review and have a question for you.

I quote part of your statement:

We have the router in the downstairs office, and the second computer upstairs. Perhaps only twenty meters away, but the router is able to transmit up to 100 meters from the transmitting unit indoors, and even further outdoors. So, it appears D-Link may have solved these dropout problems evidenced by others in the past with the new 802.11g technology. No problems for us at least.

In your setup, the signal wave must have gone through the ceiling only. You also mentioned that the router can transmit up to 100 meters indoors. How many walls and ceilings can it penetrate without any noticeable slowdown and/or dropping of the signal?
