1) what are the good ISP's that provide hotspots in Paris? 2) is there any nationwide wireless network in France? (not wi fi, but anywhere you go with laptop) 3) is there any Europe-wide wireless network? (not wi fi) Thank you for you time.

Yes. GSM (GPRS) and 3G are available throught Europe. (Not always both.)
