Is there anyway to make my wireless card stay with a particular AP (call it AP_1) isntead of switching to a different one (call it AP_2) once the signal frrom AP_2 is stronger the the one from AP_1. I know the hardware address of both APs. I am running linux and i tried the iwconfig wlan0 ap XX:XX:XX:XX:XX command but the only works for so long before the card again decides to switch to AP_1. Any help would be great.
