Yes, you just can't use Windows 98 or earlier. You can use Windows Me, SE, 2000 or XP.

That's right. I missed the "S". I have two of the WUSB54G's and they will work on SE. There does not appear to be a driver available for anything other than 2000 and XP. My recommendation would be to take the WUSB54GS back and trade it on a WUSB54G.
