Is there a script that will log WISP dropouts on my AirOS radio?

I keep losing my Internet connectivity, and, when I ping (or traceroute), I can see that it stops at my wireless ISP's router in his datacenter.

It happens sporadically, so I want to "log" the events somehow (Linux laptop, Ubiuiti AirOS radio).

The method I use to "prove" it's not on my side is I log into the Ubiuiti radio and I run an AirOS ping (or traceroute), which stops at the WISP's

10.0.x.y router.

I'm not all that good with shell scripts, so I first ask: Q: Is there an existing script which will log these Internet dropouts?
