Simplified, the IPv6 packets would need to be encapsulated into IPv4 packets before being able to traverse the IPv4 network. I doubt if the required gateways are in place to make it happen end to end, but I don't know.

As you would expect, you need a proxy, gateway, tunnel, etc to transport your IPv6 across the v4 world until it dumps off into the v6 world.
