[How to] wireless network: modem/router + wifi router

Hi everybody, I bought a netgear wgr614v6 wifi router and I need to connect it to my modem-router Starcom UT-300R2U in order to create a wireless network.

How should I set mode/router and wifi router IP? How should I configure the 2 devices?
