At this moment in time wishful thinking on your part.
I have seen pre-n with removeable antennas but it would be unlikely for these to be f'ware upgradeable to "N" when the standard is finalised. There are "N" usb adapters with a single external antenna but they only do 150Mbs and are not high power e.g.
power 19dBm 20MHz ch's and 16dBm 40MHz ch's Buffalo are about to release the WLI-UC-G300HP which has a pop-up antenna but is not removeable.
power 25dbm 20MHz ch's and 25dBm 40MHz ch's.
There are problems with the spacing between antennas for spatial multiplexing to work to it's capability which is why you probably haven't been able to find any adapters which will meet your request.
Geir,

- 4dBi detachable antenna
- WPA data security, TKIP/AES encryption, 64/128/256-bit WEP encryption
- Provides Soft AP, supports PSP connection
- Wireless Transmit Power 20dBm(MAX)
