Help! I'm a muppet!

Hi there, I have a belkin wireless modem/router which i set up some time ago. I now need to go in and make some port settings however I do not remeber the password (I dont remember creating one, is there a defualt?)

If I did create one is there any way around this to get in?

Thanks.

I have a Belkin router and the manual says the default is no password.

Always works for me.

You will have to restore it to the factory default, which means no password. Usually there is a small hole somewhere on a router to push a toothpick, or something like it into to press a reset button. Go to the Belken homepage, find your model, and look it up in their database of manuals. You should then be able to find specific instructions on returning your unit to a factory default. Kim
