Find Wireless Nodes

Does anyone know of a tool that I can use to find the MAC Addresses of any wireless node around me? I was thinking about doing a packet capture for awhile and then filtering out the MAC addresses as I record them but this seems too tedious. What I am really looking for is an application like netstumbler that finds Nodes instead of APs.

Thanks

Nodes? What's a node? Mesh network node? I guess you mean wireless clients and wireless bridges. Kismet will pickup clients as well as access points. If you're not into Linux, I suggest one of the LiveCD distributions. Boot from the CDROM and nothing gets scribbled to your hard disk (unless you tell it to do so).
