What effect does a wireless mouse have on computer audio and wireless connections?

None on audio, depends on the frequency for other wireless... the more common wireless mouse frequency range was around 27 MHz, which no other modern computing devices use, except maybe a few other related peripherals (wireless controller/joystick/gampad/presenter/etc), while more modern designs have had 2.4GHz which is shared with bluetooth and wifi.
You'd have to check which frequency you mouse uses to determine what potential there is for interference with other devices. Come to think of it there have been some RF linked speakers in past years and today, but I don't recall which frequency ranges they're using.
