client manager for dos?

i have an old 486 set up with orinoco dos drivers and it 'sees' my wireless card. i have arachne ready to surf the web.

i just need a client manager for ms-dos that will seek out a wireless signal. does anyone know of a client manager available for download? i haven't anything on google.
