What is a Dell TrueMobile 1150 Mini-Pci wireless card ?

Please log in for more thread options I am installing a Dell TrueMobile 1150 Mini-Pci wireless network card in a Dell Latitude laptop and I get no wireless signal detection. Anybody know anything about these cards or where I can get info on them ?
