Please log in for more thread options Broadband finally arrived in our village and i signed up with Plusnet and bought their wireless kit. This is a BT Voyager 2100. The range is so poor ,i have resorted to wiring the 2 pcs directly via cable to the router and all works fine. However, the laptop i use has to be within line of sight and no more than 10 foot away to work. Does anyone know if i was to disable the wireless function of the router and use it purely as a modem, can i purchase a mimo or pre-n router and piggy back this into the BT box to hopefully give me a better range? | ||||||||||
