Boingo-like program for Linux?

Please log in for more thread options I don't think you understand what I'm looking for. I'm familiar with netstumber, kismet, ethereal, etc. What I want is not just the ability to detect all wi-fi networks out there but LET ME CONNECT TO ONE I SELECT, like Boingo does.
