54Mb to 108Mb

Hello friends, I have a Cisco Access point 1242AG. It has the capability to transmit

108Mbps using the two 2.4 GHz antennas, but I am not sure if the actual speed is 108 because I can not find a setting where I can tell the AP to work at 108, the only configuration I can find is on - Network Interfaces | Radio0-802.11G | settings - "Recive antenna: Diversity" and "Transmit Antenna: Diversity".

Is that enough to make it work at 108, or do I have to make any other configuration? (I can't find it)

Many thanks

Answers are most likely to be found in the manuals that I'm sure you can download from the vendor's website.
