VPN doesn't work over dial-up...

Well the subject line says most of it. I am running Windows XP Pro and using the Cisco VPN client (version 3.6.4). I can connect and use the VPN fine when I am either jacked into a hardwire network, or on a WIFI connection. However, when I am on dialup, the connection looks like it has been established properly, but I can't talk to anything on the other side of the connection.

One possible hint is that I can ping a computer that I know is there, but I can't map drives or reach our source code repository which uses a URL like: "http://ijparamlabii/repos" Any ideas?

Hi, Sound like you have some personal firewall switched on.

There is, but it's also there when on the LAN or WIFI connection. Plus, I have tried turning it off with no luck. Might there be a protocol that needs to be loaded under the dialup?
