VPN connection failes, but route can't be added

Hi NG,

i connected successfully to our VPN Server, but i can't connect any server inside the network. because i'm conntecting from the same network range. So i tried to set up new Route that only the IP in the LAN will be reachable, but all other traffic will be forwarded to the VPN Net.

But it seems there is something wrong with my Route command. I hope you can hep me to fix that problem.

i tried many diffrent commands, but none of these worked out, so i don't know if it is a syntax error or if something else... also i tried to just connect to one our server with these commands, same problem
