Unable to connect to work vpn using netscreen from home

Hi,

When I'm at home I can't connect to our VPN; we tested it in the office and it worked ok (using dialup internet). At home I'm using broadband and I get the following error when I try to connect:

" : failed to resolve interface to address 192.168.2.1" " : my connection\\xxx - error initiating manual connection"

here is my pc ip:

i don't know what else to provide to assist but i'm happy to provide more information to anyone who could help?

I would contact your ISP and let them know you are having issues. How they are doing natting and IP routing on their network could be the culprit. They might have to give you a public IP to solve the issue.
