which would you use, if you wanted a service that delivers good mobile content, free or paid vpn? tnx

I use a paid VPN (Witopia). I'm very happy with the customer service, the speed and the connections.

You get what you pay for.

Is there any free VPN that actually works consistantly? Maybe you can get it good for a day or so, but I haven't seen anything worthwhile that you don't have to pay for..
