Does anyone make...

a *highly* reliable program to establish a "dedicated" VPN between a secondary NIC on a remote Windows PC and a secondary NIC on a Windows PC on the local LAN? I'm looking for a cheap, reliable alternative to having VPN hardware and want it to be done with the PCs themselves to serve devices other than the PCs that establish the VPN. In this case, VoIP phone(s) plugged into the remote "extra" NIC and the LAN "extra" NIC connected to the router to communicate with the VoIP server.

Pardon my ignorance. I'm new to VPNs.

Thanks in advance.
