We have a three tier system. We have an Oracle server inside our
firewall connected to an application server. Remote clients access the
application via VPN tunnel. After five minutes of inactivity, the
remote client is presented a message box that reads:

Your SM server process exited.
Your session will now be closed.

Any ideas on what is causing this?
