I can't transfer files through a network-to-network IPSec tunnel. I can
ping, ssh, list files etc... but whenever I try to transfer files (rsync
or ftp) the transfer hangs. Via Internet without pass through the tunnel
the transfer successes.
The tunnel is established between a Linksys WAG56G gateway over ADSL to
a OpenSWAN server on the other side.
I have problems also when via ssh I use a full-screen command (like
`less' or `vi'), the screen goes blank and I have to kill the session.

Any hint?
TIA,
H.

switch to ViPNet - it has a build-in file transfer

How can I verify if it's a packet size issue? And how about mtu? It is
set to 1492 on each side of the tunnel.
Thank you!
H.

Try dropping it further.

On one of my connections, I had to drop it to 1300 to get it to work
properly.
