VoIP Software Feature: Mediacore Softswitch Release 2.14 Announced

Speedflow Communications has announced the latest release of Mediacore Softswitch (Softswitch for VoIP, class 4).

The new product release 2.14 has got significant alterations in billing and routing algorithms. The existing Guardian functions and program Web-interface have been amended. The new reports provide the users with various data analysis and objective information about customers and completed calls parameters.

Functionality includes reports and statistics visualization, active calls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, a spam calls report, traffic charts on RTP mechanisms in any static interval, calls charts on RTP mechanisms in any static interval and a report on unauthorized calls.

It also offers a report on the points (OR/TP) based on the statistics of ASR-ACD-attempts, a report on the duration of incoming calls, a report on the destination profitability (OP in relation to all TP) as well as a report on the calls by a definite company.

The release includes a sub-system of prices upload with the possibility of their amendment during the upload process, analysis, profitability, destination seek according to the chosen price interval, and functions for customer management, direct mailing, notifications, financial monitoring, operation with invoices and CDR - CDR creation and generation.

The renewed system installation is carried out according to the arranged schedule of updates for Speedflow partners. The core modules are set by scripts and additional ones are configurated manually by Speedflow system administrator. This allows to have a full command over the installation process and data security during all the stages. The technical support department provides full information about all the changes for convenient adoption of new Mediacore functions.
