I have set up DHCP server with scopes for data vlan 401 (network
10.1.1.0 /22) and voice vlan 990 (network 172.30.1.0 / 22). The DHCP server is on the network 10.1.1.0 and it issues addresses OK to the PCs connected. The IP phones are straight "out of the box" & are not getting DHCP addresses - stops at "starting dhcp... " then "DHCP server unreachable". All devices are connected into a single switch. I have changed some of the settings such as the phone voice vlan number (instead of DHCP) but no better result. How I can fix this? Thanks, Ned- posted
