Caller ID and Call Forwarding In Cisco Translation Rules

I have a client that requires when he call forwards his DID block from a PRI that when someone calls his office after the forwared is placed it will display the originating callers Caller ID or CNAM information

I believe Mobility Manager is capable of performing this task. I don't know if Call Manager can do it on it's own though.
