I've go a question:
how to meet such a requirement?:
in audio conference i want to hear everybody, but speak only with one of the
participant.

Maaeko,
While on an audio conference call, there is no way to just speak to
one person. Unless the conference equipment allows you and the person
to enter a break out session.
