Is there a software solution to make videoconferences over ISDN (H.320) ? without using a videoconferencing card like vcon or others.

I don't think it would work, Netmeeting cannot do H.320, only H.323, moreover, from my experience, this software is the worst videoconferenceing software i've tested.

RVS-COM Lite 3.11 has videophone application. I wanted to test it, but i don't have anyone to test with. I tried to videocall umts phones but the videocall can't establish (naturally: different protocols, isdn is h.320, umts is 3g-h.324/m).
