Anyway to use Skype on a computer say at a library where you can NOT install the software?

In a LIBRARY? What total lapse in social responsibility did you have that led you to the conclusion that it would be appropriate to make voice calls in a place where you're not supposed to be disturbing anyone by speaking? That is assuming that the library administrator doesn't throw you out for tampering with their equipment (i.e. plugging in a microphone and speakers)?
