I'm trying to find a technical description of the ACD output generated by a Siemens HiPath PBX system (See example output below). I understand the format of its regular CDR output but if anyone can tell me what the ACD items represent (those lines starting CPSTREP) that would be excellent. I have managed to work out most of them manually by trial and error however a proper document would be very useful.
