Hi,
I have to create an executable file which will run in background in every 5 minutes (which can be handled by putting this exe file in windows task scheduler).
This exe file will login to the BSC site using IP address and fetch data of BTS down alarm and down time and push this information in sql-server database. This is the requirement.
I am totally new to this type of work. Can anyone give me some idea/help to create this exe file. we have already having such exe files running for nokia and erricson BTS. but they are not working on zte and we have no source code of these exe files.
