Mitel 3300 ICP - After restore line quality bad

After power surge we lost our Mitel system and had to restore from a backup. Phones all back up and running but the line quality is quite bad. Under Alarm details we have 'Major' alarm level and 26% of lines unavialable and 10 of trunks unavailable. Can you anyone help with this?

Call your service company. Where did the power surge come from? This is going to be expensive.

Thank for this. We have called out an engineer because it doesn't appear to be a software problem.
