Mitel 3300

Hi There,

I'm head of IT for a medium sized company and I'm about to replace our old Avaya index for a Mitel 3300.

The contact centre has approximately 50 seats and ona busy day we take about 2500 calls. Myself and the call centre manager chose the Mitel

3300 over Avaya's ACM as the best fit for our company.

Has anybody out there done anything similar. I would like to hear of any experiences, good or bad and any advice to make the transition a happy one.
