GTT: does the STP write the DPC & SSN to the SCCP or MTP header?

When an STP translates a set of GTT digits, where does the resulting address (DPC & SSN) go? Does it go in the same destination address field of the SCCP header, the MTP header, or both? Any references to the ANSI or ITU specs would be a big help. Thanks,
