I looking for anyone that has contracted with British Telecom or it's BT Conferencing in the US? Do they keep their word or is it an in writing or else type of operation. If they say, even written, a year does that mean a year, or will they try to cut and run if the business demand drops. I wouldn't want to move just to find I'm out of luck in short order. Anyone with past experience?
