I have a working TSAPI implementation working at my company using some custom code and a Merlin Legend PBX loaded with the CSTA drivers. I am able to perform call control, capture incoming caller ID data, etc. But I was wondering if anyone knew if it's possible to pull the caller ID data from a call that has been answered at another extension and been parked. Anyone know?
