We have a multi-location company with a department seperated in two different locations. I am trying to integrate reports that run on each ACD into one ACD...Real-Time as well as Historical. I have added everything and I am able to select the ACD and Queues to be in the report, but the report only runs data on the original ACD still. Is there anything I have do with the table to get it to allow information from both ACD's?
Or has anyone worked with Multi-ACD Reports in CMS 12?
