Aplane is off and B plane is on but i can't do a dbms save. why?

**hi . i have a sx2000 light switche MITEL . Aplane is out fo service and B plane is good . but i can't dbms save . when i type dbms save command sx2000 response " dbms save is completed" and flag all time is off. why?
