Moreover, the author is asking for LyX (non-standard tool) be used to edit and, or translate this document; whereas most of the HOWTO's and, or FAQ's are written in SGML or XML, and translated to different output formats using SGML-Tools (Linuxdoc DTD) or the DocBook/DSSSL tools.
