Vodavi StarPlus please help

Please log in for more thread options We have just received a vodavi star plus system. When the autoattendant is on, the call transfer is not working! The autoattendant plays the message "if you know your party's extension please dial it now". After we dial we hear rings but there are no ring tones at the extension. Eventually the call gets abandoned. Can anyone please help Thanks ps: the donot disturb is off | |||||||||||||
