Please log in for more thread options I bought a modem(Best Data Data Fax) with two jacks for headset ,however when i receive a call i can hear but i cannot be heard ,can you help me in that? | ||||||||||||||||

In general, if you have another telephone device you could plug the headset in to test it, try doing that to confirm it works.
